Kanye West is pressing charges against tabloid photographers after they confronted him at his home in Los Angeles at four in the morning.
According to TMZ.com, Kanye looked at security footage after the confrontation, and he claims it clearly shows at least one of the paparazzi trespassing on his private property.
During the incident, two paparazzi hung at Kanye's home and caught up with him as he was getting ready to leave. They asked him questions about his recent Twitter rant towards Jimmy Kimmel. As expected, he got upset.
As soon as they started asking him questions, Kanye said to them: "Don't say anything to me, man. Like, stop asking me questions. You out in front of my house at 4 am, taking about 'How's it going?' It's not going good, y'all here."
At one point, Kanye lunged at a photographer, but caught himself, hopped in his car and took off.
He plans to file a police report against the photog for criminal trespass.
