Last Friday (1/25), it was a rainy day in Hollywood as TV talk show host JIMMY KIMMEL received a star on the Walk of Fame in front of the El Capitan Entertainment Centre where his show is filmed, which is just down the street from Art Laboe's star. On hand for the festivities were Jimmy's parents (pictured top right), his Aunt Chippy (pictured right 2nd photo down with Jimmy's Dad being interviewed by ABC7's George Pennacchio) and many fans came out in the rain for the ceremony and Jimmy took time to sign autographs for them.
Other dignitaries in attendance included Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, President/CEO and event emcee, Leron Gubler (pictured left below), host of The Voice and Jimmy's longtime friend, Carson Daly (below middle), and Los Angeles City Councilmember and candidate for LA Mayor, Eric Garcetti (below right), presented Jimmy with a Proclamation from the City of Angels.
