The TV game show, LET'S MAKE A DEAL, just turned the Big 50!!! Co-creator, co-producer and host for many years, MONTY HALL, informed us that March 1st is the 50th Anniversary of the game show that has been shown in nearly 20 countries around the world, was also released as a board game, has appeared as scratchers in many lotteries and slot machines in many casinos.
And on March 1, 2013, Monty Hall ran into one of the show's writers, HENRY KOVAL, at the Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters' luncheon to honor Johnny Mathis. Currently, Let's Make A Deal airs on CBS TV and is hosted by Wayne Brady.
In June 2013, Monty will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Emmy!
