Uncle Charlie in the HOUSE!! We are prayin' for this talented HOT artist to go home with a GRAMMY this year! We all know him from The Gap Band and his solo career is just as OUTSTANDING! This year he's nominated for 2 GRAMMYS; 1- Best R&B Song and Best R&B Performance for "You Are". When I asked him about how he felt for this year's run, he said "It's all about girl power.. ha ha. Did you see that I'm the only male in the category (Best R&B Performance)? I love them all though".

Betty Wright - The Movie
Music icon Betty Wright was roaming backstage. She's a 15 time GRAMMY nominee and winner so I think she knows what she's talking about! This year she's nominated for Best Traditional R&B Performance for her song Surrender.She is all about educating our youth that the Old School is still doing big things. She's got a lot of colaborations with new artists like: Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg and Joss Stone

Ledisi - Pieces of Me
I got the chance to talk with a very talented young artist, LEDISI. Her newest album, Pieces of Me is burning up the charts and the radio! She's nominated for a whopping (3) GRAMMY Awards this year: 1- Best R&B Performance, 2- Best R&B Album and 3-Best R&B Song. Look for her during the Diana Ross tribute!
