This morning during the show Jimmy and I were talking about video games and could they RUIN a relationship! And let me tell you, I so know about all of this! I dated a guy for over a year that was obsessed with video games! He had every game console and soooo many games it was unreal. Now it helped that he worked at a video game store as well so he got a discount but it surprised me when he would work with video games all day long and then still want to come home and play MORE video games! Now I get it, everyone needs something to relax and honestly it wasn't a huge problem that he needed help. But it was SO annoying when I'd come over for date night and have to wait two hours while he finished playing a video game! We'd end up missing reservations, movie times and just even time together. 

He thought it would make it better by buying me an X-Box and I'm not going to lie I got into playing certain video games like "Prince of Persia" and "Indiana Jones" but my house was robbed and those idiots took my X-Box! That's another story! I don't hate video games, I don't hate when guys play them...I have a Wii and love playing Wii bowling and Zumba, but when you end up paying more attention to your video games than the people in your lives or work then you need to STOP...put DOWN the controller and walk away!!!

So guys...we girls don't HATE video games we just like spending time with you more! It's all about moderation; and don't forget if you play video games with your girl don't get mad at her if she doesn't know how to play...and let her win every now and then! And for anyone that cares Video games were not the reason this guy and I broke up! It's because sometimes people aren't meant to be...that and I'd rather not bash him on the internet ;) Till next time!
