RiRi is reportedly suing the clothing store Top Shop for five million dollars because they sold t-shirts with her face on them and she never gave any consent! However there’s a hitch! See Top Shop is from the UK and there you can buy photos and use them on clothing and don’t have to pay that celebrity a fee for the licensing of that image! And apparently Rihanna knows that but she’s suing on principle and on top of suing them for five million dollars she also wants them to make a statement about taking advantage of artists! Good for her!

Late last week a report came out from E-Online reporting that according to insiders Beyonce is for sure pregnant!! Even Russell Simmons congratulates the couple on Twitter. However B took to her instagram and posted a photo that seems like she was addressing the rumors saying she didn’t have time to comment on the lies people make up, however she quickly deleted it! Now I know we’ve been going back and forth on this, but until Beyonce drops a mic, opens her jacket and rubs her belly she’s not pregnant ok!

According to reports Twilight stars and real life couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have apparently called it quits!! Rumors that they’ve broken up have been going on for days now but ever seen they returned to LA they have been spending less and less time together and apparently Robert had a big party at his house and Kristen was no where to be seen! Aww Breaking up sucks!

We’re still trying to find out who the new X-Factor judges will be and looks like it’s coming down to Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio are signing on to be judges! So that means with Demi Lovato also coming back all the judges would be females and Simon would be the only guy! Girl Power!

It came out yesterday that Usher and Shakira will be back for season 6! They're doing more than American Idol and X-Factor they do two seasons a year so I can understand the judges needing to take some time off!

Robinson came out and said that he was abused by Michael another bombshell was dropped and this time it was by one of the members of the Jackson Family. Now Taj Jackson, is Tito's son and he just revealed that was molested by a family member on his Moms side when he was a kid and actually it was Michael that helped him through it. Now the reason this came out is because Taj believes that Wade is lying and just wants cash! Not sure how any of this came help in court but clearly none of this is good.

The first female in six seasons!! But the biggest surprise of the night was when Aretha Frankline showed up to sing "Natural Woman" and "RESPECT" with the top five girls!
