We're bringing our "No CaviDEES Mobile Dental Clinic" to city near you, providing FREE dental services to kids from 1 years thru 19 years of age. Read the details below.

We will contact you in the order of submission to confirm an appointment time. Once we are out of spaces for the week, no more submissions will be taken until the next location is announced.
