IS LIL WAYNE LYING

Lil Wayne is a L-L-L-L-L-L-L-L-LIAR ... who FALSELY told fans he'd been banned from all NBA events ... this according to a league spokesperson.  NBA Senior Director of Basketball Communications Mark Broussard tells TMZ ... there is "no truth at all" to the claims Weezy made during a performance in Houston over the weekend.  Wayne had told the crowd the NBA had banned him from all events because of his beef with the Miami Heat organization, stemming from an incident last week ... when Wayne says he was kicked out of a Heat game for rooting for the Lakers. The Heat organization said Wayne left voluntarily. Check out the video at tmz.com

CONGRATS FERGIE!

Fergie confirmed she's pregnant. Yesterday morning, she posted a Photoshopped picture of herself and husband Josh Duhamel as kids on her Instagram page. The pic's caption said: "Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!! #mylovelybabybump." Rumors had been flying that Fergie might be pregnant after she was seen sporting a baby bump last week at the premiere of Josh Duhamel's new movie, "Safe Haven". Sources also told omg! that Fergie wasn't drinking alcohol at the party and instead sipped on cranberry juice mixed with Red Bull.

Usher jetted into NYC early just to surprise the man who created the label where he got his start, Clive Davis.  The 80-year-old recording industry exec has written his new memoir, The Soundtrack of My Life, and has opened up about his incredible career of being the man behind artists like Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson and especially legends like Whitney Houston, Gil Scott Heron and Aretha Franklin.  He also helped Babyface and L.A.
