Miguel was ORDERED not to attempt a dangerous jump over the crowd during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards because producers believed it was too dangerous ... but the singer ignored them ... sources connected to the production tell TMZ.  We're told ... Miguel approached producers before rehearsals and asked if he could try to jump over the crowd during his performance ... but producers shot down the idea, telling Miguel it was just too dangerous. But when showtime came around, Miguel blew off the order ... and producers' fears were realized when he botched the jump and leg dropped a female fan ... slamming her head against the stage. Now,  the victim's lawyer says she may have suffered a brain injury as a result  Vip Bhola, Shah’s lawyer, says, “Some of the difficulties she’s experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury.”Bhola says his client is waiting for test results from a neurologist. When the results are in, sometime next week, Khyati will decide whether or not to sue.

MORE BIG MONEY FOR JAY Z

Jay-Z is on the brink of singing a deal with Samsung Mobile that would net him $20 million dollars. Rapper Jay-Z, whom FORBES Magazine has listed as one of the wealthiest hip hop artists in the world, is reportedly set to add $20 million dollar to his bank account once a deal with Samsung Mobile is inked.  So what would entice Jay-Z to lend his image to Samsung?  An insider told the NY Post, "The eight-figure deal will be inked in the next few weeks, and is the biggest of its kind. You can speculate that he’ll want to develop some kind of new music-streaming service to promote his acts and music on mobile devices."

NAOMI PROTÉGÉ HOOKS UP WITH EX

Naomi Campbell”s ex Vlad Doronin was spotted hooking up with Luo Zilin, the 2011 Miss Universe China and the runner-up on Naomi's Oxygen reality "The Face".  And while on the show, she spent the entire season on Team Naomi as one of her proteges! Luo's act of betrayal didn't go unnoticed by the fashion industry because her bosses at MIX Model Management NYC ended her contract last week! Neal Hamil, President of MIX Model Management NYC confirmed that Luo was fired for 'unprofessional conduct' and an 'unacceptable work ethic'.Though Naomi hasn't spoken out about the backstabbing model, Luo's former "The Face" competitor and co-star Jocelyn Chew tweeted, 'I'm completely shocked/disgusted W my 'teammate' Zilin. Never judge a book by it's cover. #truecolors love you @naomicampbell ' YBF.com says it best. We hope for Luo's sake that she NEVER comes face to face with Naomi. Over the years, Ms. Campbell seems to have gotten her "anger management" issues under control, but NaNa will POP THE HELL OFF when times call for it.  Ish will be flying everywhere.

LENNY KRAVITZ GETS PERSONAL

As reported previously by EURweb, Lenny Kravitz opened up about his former marriage to ex-wife, and baby’s mama, Lisa Bonet during a “Master Class” interview on the OWN Network. In many cases, divorce breeds animosity between former lovers. But the rock legend says that he and Bonet started as best friends, and continue to be close today. “Zoe’s mom and I now are best friends,” he said. “That’s how the relationship started, but it makes you feel really good when you can do that.” Lenny and Lisa married in 1987, but divorced in 1993. There were rumors of infidelity, and Lenny spoke to OWN about how his father’s departure had an impact on him.“My father was getting ready to leave and move out, and said, ‘You’ll do it, too.’ It messed me up,“ he said. Although their union fizzled, Lenny said he likes where his relationship with Lisa is now, and realizes what the point of it all was. You can see more of Lenny's comments in the video below.

HUGE legal victory for Shaq -- the lawsuit filed by an alleged ex-mistress who claimed the NBA star harassed her following their breakup has been dismissed ... because the judge says she's a dirty LIAR. As we reported, Vanessa Lopez filed her lawsuit against Shaq back in 2010 claiming she was his mistress for 5 years ... and once she broke up with him, he launched a campaign to harass her and make her fear for her safety. But the Florida judge just lowered the legal boom on Lopez in his ruling -- claiming the court CAUGHT HER in several lies ... proving it's impossible to believe anything that comes out of her mouth. Among Lopez's lies -- the judge says Vanessa claimed she "did not know of" any previous restraining orders that had been issued against her ... when there were official records showing she was hit with one stemming from a case involving an ex-boyfriend.  And there's this ... Vanessa's lawyers completely deserted her almost immediately following her deposition earlier this year ... a huge red flag. Lopez's lawsuit was dismissed on the basis of fraud on the court -- with prejudice, meaning she can't refile.

MORE DRAMA FOR LAURYN HILL

Lauryn Hill has reportedly agreed to vacate her New Jersey mansion in order to settle an alleged dispute with her landlord over claims of unpaid rent. Back in March, the troubled  singer was reportedly threatened with eviction after the owner accused her of squatting. TMZ now reports that Hill has agreed to pay $7,000 in back payments, and was ordered to move out by May 31. It is yet unclear if she has actually vacated the property.  Hill, however, denied reports of her rent saga. She wrote on her Tumblr in April, "I'd like to set the record straight: I am not squatting, and I do not owe any money to my landlord. I have always stayed current on rent." YBF.com reports that having to find new digs for herself and her kids is just one of the issues currently facing Lauryn. She's due to start her three month prison stint for tax evasion on July 8 and she's been attacked for the lyrics of her "comeback" single "Neurotic Society."

MICHAEL D. SAYS SEX CAUSED CANCER

Michael Douglas recently sat down with the UK’s The Guardian news outlet to talk about his upcoming HBO film “Behind the Candelabra” when he made the now disputed comments. Douglas was quoted as saying that he did not regret smoking and drinking for years ahead of his throat cancer diagnosis. “No,” he said. “No. Because, without wanting to get too specific, this particular cancer is caused by HPV [human papillomavirus], which actually comes about from cunnilingus.” Well now, the Associated Press is reporting that his rep saying the comments were taken out of context. Allen Burry, Douglas’ spokesperson, says the actor never said during the interview that HPV caused his type of cancer, just that it can cause other types of throat cancers. Smoking and drinking are thought to be the major causes of throat cancer. OK, whatever Mr. Douglas. By the way, and NBCnews.com report says new research shows that a rising number of head, neck and anal cancers have been tied to HPV, a sexually transmitted virus.

SHEMAR M. ACCUSED OF ASSAULT

Shemar Moore is all about the drama on his CBS series “Criminal Minds.” But the real life drama comes courtesy of some woman who claims the actor assaulted her at his Encino home Saturday. Eurweb.com  says, the woman called the cops and when they arrived, the actor and the woman each accused the other of pushing and shoving. And as you can imagine, the words “drinking was involved” was part of the police report. A source told TMZ: “the woman was in Shemar’s backyard with a number of people when someone, not Shemar, pushed her in the pool. We’re told she got very upset and tried to come inside the house, soaking wet. She was asked to wait until someone could get her some towels.” Later Moore came to the door with towels, but the woman became even more irate and she was asked to leave. One of them started the pushing, and she called LAPD. When the cops arrived, both the actor and the woman insisted on having the other arrested. But since there was no evidence of injury to either, the police decided to let the two them work it out.

Mariah Carey just made it official -- she will NOT be back at the "American Idol" judges' table for a second season ... just as everyone expected. Mariah's PR people announced her exit ... before further confirming rumors that 'AI' producers want to make a clean sweep for next season. TMZ  previously reported ... 'Idol' is extremely interested in bringing back Jennifer Lopez to judge next season -- and keeping Mariah and J.Lo would clearly be a bad fit ... and a pricey one at that. No word yet on Keith Urban and Nicki Minaj -- but Randy Jackson already announced he won't be back.

WOMEN COULD SUE MIGUEL

The woman who was injured by a leaping Miguel at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards is said to be reviewing her legal options, according to E! Online. The crooner was performing his track “Adorn” at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 19 when he attempted to jump across a group of audience members dancing in front of the stage. But he misjudged the distance and slammed the head of Khyati Shah into the stage with his leg. Miguel tried to make amends with the woman by inviting her backstage after the show to apologize in person, but, despite her smiles for the cameras, Shah looks set to sue after allegedly experiencing health problems following the incident. Her attorney Vip Bhola tells Eonline.com that Shah has been having “difficulties” ever since the accident, adding, “We will determine that (whether they will file a lawsuit) after we have feedback from medical providers.” Check out Miguel’s take on the accident in a recent interview.

MARY J’S HUSBAND FACING FAMILY DRAMA

Mary J. Blige's husband Kendu Isaacs may want to go check on his oldest daughter Briana.  Because baby girl is about to have her own baby boy...and she's having a homeless and lonely melt down.YBF.com is reporting that Kendu Isaacs and his oldest daughter, Briana Latrise, have been at odds for years.  Back in '09, Briana blasted him for being a deadbeat dad and tweeted that she needed someone to find her father so she could wish him a Happy Donor's Day. Fast forward to this week when Briana, who calls herself an artist, is letting the world know that she's struggling in life.  Like  really struggling.  But she's also still in school.  She tweeted that she's pregnant with a baby boy (and posted the ultrasound pic), she's homeless because she can't find anywhere to go while she moves, and her parents are no help. Of coarse this is only her side of the story and I would love to know where her child's father is.  But apparently putting the onus on HIM as well is too much like right. CHRIS B. GOES OFF ON MANAGEMENT

Chris Brown is not happy with those charged with making him look good or at the very least, ensuring his business is handled properly. Going off on a little rant via Twitter, Chris Brown slammed his management Wednesday, claiming they are "incompetent at times." "My management is so incompetent at times that they don't communicate. So... Blame these wack ni***s for the release being moved. I'll keep y'all posted," Chris wrote. "They got me looking crazy." Apparently his anticipated single, "They Don't Know," was due to premiere earlier this week, but has been pushed back. "Video/single will be released soon. Not gonna tell y'all an exact date becuz I keep getting false info," he told fans before deleting the tweets. As previously reported, "They Don't Know" features original vocals from the late Aaliyah. The track is due to appear on his anticipated album, "X," which is due for release later this year.
