Over the weekend I attended, ‘The Pomona Swap Meet & Classic Car Show’ and the experience was AWESOME!

I first met with VP Kim Cross who was sweet as pie. She took the time to explain the layout* which I’m sure will be helpful when you attend “West Coast’s largest classic car show.”

During my afternoon I got to see a lot of beauties (cars that is) on display. The variety definitely gave me my money’s worth. I also met a few people that showed me the camaraderie they had to support the community.

I walked around the vendors side and was amazed by the talent I came across; artwork by “Graphics Express” (blog coming soon), “Old Car Literature” by Alan Worthington, and vintage collectables by Tony Vargas.

…and after my 4 hour walk around the ‘The Pomona Swap Meet & Classic Car Show’ I decided to say my goodbyes to V.P Kim and GM Matt Zarzana that shared a wonderful “story of the day” on a little boy diagnosed with Leukemia who’s wish (to find parts for a classic car he was restoring) was made by the ‘Make a Wish’ foundation and Sponsors George Cross & Sons, Inc.,

I can’t say it enough, but if you have yet to attend this great annual show, you still have time to catch 1 of the 7 shows they are holding this year (NEXT show is March 3rd)!

*On the left, first section is ANY year Corvettes; the next section is pre ’59 Street Rods. The next section over is the pre- ’85 Classic Cars, and their largest section is a mixture of pre-’85 imports, ANY year Porsches, and pre-’85 Volkswagens.
